What we collect and why

• Your account. Your e-mail address, and your name and company if you give them. You sign in with a one-time link or code sent to your e-mail — you do not need a password. Basis: our contract with you.
• Orders and quotes. Contact details, delivery and billing addresses and what you ordered or asked about. Basis: the contract, and our legal duty to keep accounting records.
• Chat, contact form and stock lists. Your name, e-mail, phone if you give it, your messages and any file you send us. Closed chats are deleted after 365 days; stock-list files after at most 365 days. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps before a contract.
• Page views. Our own server records the pages you load, your IP address, your browser and device type, its language and the website that referred you. It sets no cookie for this and we use no outside analytics or advertising services. The records, IP address included, are deleted after 180 days. Basis: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
• Notifications. If you switch on push notifications, we store your device's subscription so we can send them. Turn them off at any time in your account. Basis: your consent.
• E-mail. Newsletters and alerts are sent only if you sign up for them; every one has an unsubscribe link. Basis: your consent.

Who else sees it

Only service providers working for us — hosting, and e-mail delivery — under data processing agreements, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active or the purpose needs it, then deleted — or longer only where the law requires it (for example accounting records).

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy to take elsewhere, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@partpriced.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
